This fails:

grant@johnicicleboy:~/src/PyBitmessage$ LANG=fr_BE.UTF-8 python bitmessagemain.py

This works:

grant@johnicicleboy:~/src/PyBitmessage/src$ LANG=fr_BE.UTF-8 python bitmessagemain.py

Because we use a relative path to lookup the translation files in bitmessageqt/__init__.py instead of determining the absolute path of the application and going from there.

Same root problem as #379
