"Manage keys" action triggered twice. #63

Clicking on the Manage Keys button results in the pop-up appearing twice.

Probable cause is that both line 3293 and 3295 are identical in bitmessagemain.py causing the action to be added twice.

(Not used to Qt but I think that should solve it :) )
