The Sip and PyQt4 python packages weren't being included in the .app. Additionally, hdiutil was run as su for no apparent reason.

You're welcome. I haven't gone through to make sure every python package used is included, though. I'm setting up a virgin 10.8 machine in VMware to make sure the binary runs as-is.
