Identities pane should remember collapsed/expanded configuration #865

I have several identities when I prefer to keep collapsed. When I close bitmessage and restart it, all of the identities are expanded again and I have to collapse them all once again.

Can bitmessage remember this configuration for restarts? Also, a collapse all and expand all identities might be nice too.

There is an issue about this already, but I postponed it because I want to do it in a privacy preserving way and that does not mix with the other GUI-specific settings.
