mailchuck	93764eeaad	Opportunistic encryption with TLS (2 of 2) ... These are dummy key and certificates. They are loaded but otherwise not used. This is a workaround against python's ssl_wrap deficiency, it won't allow to execute a server-side SSL handshake without a loaded key + cert. This is done in a safe way and clean fallback to normal PoW. The code for the library will be in another commit.
