Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

This is a possible fix for failures like this.
I may be wrong. I preferred to pad the pubkey coordinates in
ECC.get_pubkey()
because I see theb'\x02\xca\x00 '
literal here inhighlevelcrypto
. Maybe I should've changed the pubkey parts oftest_random_keys()
instead, like I did for the privkey?
